The Editor uses a free "htmlarea" software from http://www.interactivetools.com/products/htmlarea/

 I Purpose:

	The Editor intended for online HTML editing of NewsLetters and Content Pages in Rapid Classified v3.0.
	The Notification Email templates cannot be edited with a new Editor, because notifications are
	emailed in a "Plain Text" format.

 II Installation:

	1. The package is preinstalled into Rapid Classified v3.0.
	
 III How to use:

	The Editor is configured and ready to use right away. Logon to admin page and select "Email Templates".
	Check the "WYSIWYG" box to enable Editor. The editor will permanently be enabled (until web server is restarted
	or you click "Reset Server Cache")
	Select any NewsTemplate or Content Page (TIP: NewsLetters and Content Pages are marked with blue and red colors
	in a drop-down selector)
	You may now edit HTML directly in a text box.

	NOTE: IF NOTIFICATION EMAIL TEMPLATE IS SELECTED, THE EDITOR BECOMES DISABLED AUTOMATICALLY.

	Since you can now build News Letters in HTML format, you need to make sure the "Send in HTML Format"
	box is checked on "News Letters" page while you distribute it. (The box is checked by default)
 
 IV. Limitations:

	1. The Editor can only be used with Internet Explorer v5.5 and up.
	2. There are known bugs and issues with "htmlarea". Please read readme.html for more details.
	3. One of the main issues is relative to absolute path conversion when you switch to 
	   "Full View" in an external window. This might result in an incorrect URL path if the relative path is used 
	   in the source you're editing. WATCH OUT FOR THIS ISSUE IN "USER_FAQ" TEMPLATE. DO NOT SWITCH IT TO A "FULL VIEW"
	   According to "interactivetools", this issue is related to Internet Explorer behavior.
